About the Founder

A living origin story.

Corrie Davis is a licensed esthetician, Creative Entrepreneur, interdisciplinary educator, and cultural worker with over a decade of experience in beauty, public health, and community organizing.

As the founder of SXII Esthetics (pronounced "sexy"), Corrie has developed trauma-informed, culturally competent frameworks that center sensuality, wellness, and embodied care. Her work invites femmes of the diaspora into ritual beauty practices that nourish the mind-body connection and reimagine sexual wellness as a sacred right.

Corrie is also a former sexual wellness coordinator and curriculum developer, known for translating complex topics into accessible, heart-centered pedagogy. She currently partners with Texas Christian University’s Beauty Shop Study, supporting research that positions beauty professionals as trusted health advocates.

At the core of her work is a simple truth:
Softness is a spectrum of intentional strength.
And sensuality is nuanced — not explicitly a provocation.
